Born in Rome, Italy, she was raised in Paris, France, before moving to Miami 20 years ago.

She has a 15-year experience as a real estate agent, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties in Southeast Florida (Miami, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Allapattah, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Aventura, Hollywood, Key Biscayne, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach) to local and international property buyers, landlords, tenants, investors and sellers.

Arielle can coordinate a transaction in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

She currently works for Coldwell Banker Realty and loves to create bridges between traditional real estate sales and the applications of technology (geospatial software, AI platforms, or cryptocurrency assets) depending on her clients' goals.

Arielle Biscayart and her team also offer the option to coordinate the transaction process on an AI-powered platform that provides a timeline for every step of the process while reducing risks of wire fraud.

She enjoys investing on geospatial tools to identify higher flood risk areas in order to help sellers and buyers make more informed decisions.

Arielle realizes that continuing education is key to keep-up with local and international economic, tech and social trends.

Therefore, she graduated in 2024 from a four-month "AI Awareness Certificate" course at Miami-Dade College where she learned about the opportunities and ethical challenges that artificial intelligence (AI) provides.

She is also a Crypto Certified Agent, which allows her to help sellers and buyers who wish to use their cryptocurrencies to make a deposit, get a loan or exchange them for US dollars for a transaction.

In addition to her focus on real estate services, Arielle Biscayart enjoys teaching French from time to time to teenagers and adults and she is currently learning Hebrew.
