Arielle Biscayart is bridging the gap between traditional real estate and digital opportunities.

Born in Rome, Italy, she was raised in Paris, France, before moving to Miami 15+ years ago.

She has a 15-year experience as a real estate agent, selling residential and commercial properties in Southeast Florida (Miami, Miami Beach, Bal Harbor, Surfside, Aventura, Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale) to local and international buyers, investors and sellers.

She currently works for Coldwell Banker Realty and loves to create bridges between traditional real estate sales and the applications of technology, AI, virtual reality and web3 on this industry. Using virtual reality and AI tools allows her to market residential and commercial properties to a wider number of targets.

Arielle loves to share her knowledge about the real estate market, communities and Proptech innovation to incorporate them in her marketing strategy to effectively sale properties.

She is currently taking an "AI Awareness Certificate" course at Miami-Dade College.

She is also a Crypto Certified Agent, which allows her to help sellers and buyers who wish to use their cryptocurrencies to make a deposit or exchange them for US dollars for a transaction.

Arielle speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian, is a member of FIBREE (The Foundation for International Blockchain and Real Estate Expertise, which is a not-for-profit organization gathering members in 40 countries which collaborate on innovative real estate tools and solutions).
