Hi everyone, my name is Denise Parks and I’m originally from a small-town in Ohio. Throughout the mid to late 80’s, I moved around quite a bit – all around central and northern Ohio, over to Michigan, back to Ohio, down to North Carolina - then finally, in the latter part of 1992, I found my “love where you live” place right here in South Florida!

About a month after moving here, I got a job in the construction industry and have been a part of and loving that industry ever since! 

For the past 30+ years, I have managed the closing departments for a couple of new home construction companies here in South Florida.  Through that experience, I've had the opportunity to get to know the ins and outs of the mortgage and title sides of the business as well. 

However, my favorite part of the closing homes process is directly working with and helping the clients! 

I really wanted to find a way to do more of this, and the only thing I could think of was to get my real estate license… so, I recently decided to do just that, and I’ve got to say; I'm loving it! 

I have a far more hands-on approach than many realtors I’ve worked with in the past, and with my years of experience in the industry, I love being able to share my knowledge with both my buyers and sellers, to help them navigate through the process.
