Sam & Pat are transplanted Tar-Heels. After receiving their formal education at Western Carolina University they moved to Florida. Pat taught at several schools at the high school level in Business Education. After finishing a teaching career in Tavares, FL, Pat started her second career in the Real Estate field. Sam began his career in banking, later entering the Real Estate field by developing & selling out a subdivision in Leesburg, FL. The Watkins have quickly established a "Winning Team" & have dedicated themselves to giving "World Class" service to their clients.
