Lorraine's business ownership over the past 20+ plus years has resulted in her becoming a Residential Specialist in the Surrounding Tampa Bay area; including the Orlando, Naples/Sarasota, and St. Pete/Clearwater markets.

Lorraine's culmination of her skills in professional staging, interior design consultation, color consultation, professional painting, and professional home organization has enabled her to guide each buyer and seller to seek their ideal home. Her extensive industry knowledge lends itself well to properly give her clients the level of service that is needed in today's fast-paced market.

With her vast experience of serving on various community ARC boards and Homeowner Association boards, Lorraine is also able to help her clients navigate the complex infrastructure of community association guidelines. Since 2010, Lorraine has fostered a relationship with leading home builder, Cardel Homes, for interior design work and Model 55, a leading senior living for model apartment staging. The added experience of understanding the intricacies of new home building has helped Lorraine to represent her clients when purchasing new construction.
