Ricky Santana was born and raised in Queens, New York and graduated from Berkeley College in New York City with a Business Degree. After graduating college, Ricky moved to Tampa, Florida where he started his career as a real estate agent. Ricky is known throughout the Tampa Bay Area as an extraordinary force in residential real estate. He provides his customers with a one-of-a-kind experience through creative negotiating strategies and exceptional service during the entire buying and selling process. 

His passion for real estate coupled with enthusiasm, dedication and persistence have resulted in a consistent record of achievement throughout his years in real estate. Ricky has consistently been recognized among the top 25% agents in the Coldwell Banker System worldwide. When he isn’t busy with real estate, Ricky enjoys traveling, visiting museums, spending time with the family and playing softball.
