Biography
Tampa Bay Real Estate Agent
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in biology and business administration from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio, Scott first entered the pharmaceutical field. He worked for over twenty-five years in the medical field, working mainly in Diagnostic Radiology sales in hospitals, which helped establish a high level of ethics and professionalism. Beginning his real estate work in 2007, Scott brings a wealth of customer support attention to each customer. This is founded on the consultative approach: listening to the customer and offering them workable options to solve problems. Scott enjoys the challenges associated with each real estate deal, and works in real estate to fulfill his main mission: to make people happy.
Scott worked as a part of a major real estate sales team for four years, one of the most successful sales teams in eastern Hillsborough County. On the team, he managed all foreclosure listings and sales for the bank properties assigned. This experience has helped him to specialize in residential, foreclosure, and investment properties, but he is not limited to working in those areas. Aside from working as a part of that sales team, he has sold over ten million dollars of real estate and now works mainly as a Fish Hawk/Valrico real estate agent.
As a thirty-four year resident of Valrico, Scott loves its small town feel with large city amenities. He also enjoys being in such close proximity to the beaches. Scott has sold properties throughout the Tampa area including Brandon, Valrico, Lithia, Riverview, New Port Richey, and many others. Residential Real Estate has many “facets”, and knowing all of them provides synergistic results. Scott’s clients have included buyers from their early 20’s to late 70’s. “It’s always an adventure, and I strive to have the right information at the right time to make the experience as smooth as possible.”
