I have been a Central Florida resident since 1985 and I was a Realtor as well as a Property Manager of 70+ single family homes from 1997 - 2016, entirely with Coldwell Banker.

Starting mid December 2016 I accepted the position of Branch Manager in the Winter Haven office where we have grown our market share significantly with our office being #1 in many local key metrics.

In July of 2022 we opened a satellite office for our agents and customers in downtown Lake Wales.

In September of 2022 I became the Branch Manager for the Lakeland Coldwell Banker office in addition to our Winter Haven office.

In January of 2024 because of the suucess our Lakeland office was having because of our agents and customers we were able to secure a new location to move to in downtown Lakeland, we will relocate our current office there late summer 2024.

I am a former board member for the East Polk County Assoc. of Realtor.

I am a current board member and vice chair of for the city of Lake Alfred on the Planning and Zoning Committee.
