Real estate has been my passion with my experience coming right here in the Space Coast area.  I handle real estate in Central Florida's East Coast in Brevard County Florida from Melbourne to Mims and over to the island and beaches as a yearly multi-million-dollar producer in closings. The Space Coast is also known as the Orlando's beachside community due east of Orlando International Airport where the rockets launch. Just take the Beachline (Hwy 528) and Brevard is along I-95, US Hwy1, and A1A.

My enjoyment over the past 30+ years in real estate is seeing the smiles of homeowners and buyers when we begin moving forward on a contract! My goal is to keep open communication throughout the process, assist in explaining the process, and keeping on top of all the little details throughout the process including marketing, negotiations, and closing details so our current owners and soon to be owners feel a sense of "everything will work out as it should" and "Andrea's got that"!

• Relocating Sellers... it's the moment they realize they are one step closer to finalizing their sale... it's a great feeling! These are the reasons why I sell real estate and still loving it!

Relocation is my specialty with various relocation companies using our specialized training to help transferees get settled in their new position knowing I have the process covered and keeping them informed. We love helping our military and first responders. My father was a navigator, and my grandfather was a pilot in the USAF so I personally know how stressful frequent moves can be for the whole family.

Although receiving numerous top agent awards throughout my career and over 1000 closings, I know it's all about you and your needs. I work extra hard with strong work ethics and dedication to ensure a smooth closing. I'll provide communication all along the way.
