Alex Hanuszkiewicz is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the Miami market. His career began 26 years ago at Coldwell Banker, where he laid the foundation for his passion for real estate and his commitment to achieving

He went on to expand his expertise in new home construction sales with Lennar Homes, the nation’s largest homebuilder, gaining invaluable knowledge of development, design, and buyer needs. During the financial crisis, Alex further distinguished himself by managing and selling REO (bank-owned) properties for major financial institutions such as Wells Fargo, IndyMac, and U.S. Bank. This experience sharpened his negotiation skills and market insight.

In 2015, Alex partnered with Oscar Arellano to form the Oscar Arellano Team, combining their strengths to broaden their reach and deliver exceptional service to a growing client base.
