As a newly licensed Florida real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, I bring a decade plus career of high stakes program leadership into the world of residential and investment real estate. Before stepping into real estate full time, I spent 11 years managing complex, multimillion dollar programs across SaaS, telecom, energy grid infrastructure, and real estate development—experience that sharpened my ability to negotiate, manage risk, and deliver results under pressure. My work spanned more than 300 projects across North America, Canada, the Middle East, East Asia, and South America, giving me a global perspective and a deep appreciation for how people make major decisions about where they live and invest.

My transition into real estate is a natural extension of the work I’ve always done: guiding clients through complex, high value decisions with clarity, structure, and trust. At Resia, I helped activate and operationalize multifamily properties valued at over $100 million each, which gave me firsthand insight into the Florida real estate landscape—from development and operations to the resident experience. Whether working with first time buyers, seasoned investors, or families relocating to South Florida, I bring the same disciplined approach I used to deliver $150M+ in successful programs for Fortune 500 companies and major utilities.
