A native Miamian, growing up in Coral Gables, attended Sunset Elementary, Ponce De Leon Junior High, and graduated from Coral Gables Senior High. Charlette is a graduate of Florida State University. After spending eight years with Pan American World Airways as a flight attendant, instructor, and assistant manager of flight attendant training, she affiliated with Coldwell Banker entering management 3 years later.

She was a top producer in the company before becoming a branch manager. Under her guidance, the Coral Gables office has been the #1 office in the state, has been named a Premier Office for Coldwell Banker, and, the office was ranked #1 in performance throughout the United States. Charlette is a President’s Council-Manager for Coldwell Banker and holds the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury designation for luxury marketing.
