David Cabarrocas began his career in 2010 with a strong background in the realm of real estate. David comes from a second generation Cuban-American family of architects, builders and developers. Born and raised in Miami, he comes with the knowledge and ability to match up his clients with exactly what they are looking for when moving to Miami.

Prior to starting his career in real estate sales, he spent four years as a permit expediter in a handful of Miami-Dade County municipalities including the City of Miami, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay.
