Elio Sanchez

Elio Sanchez is a Miami native and Miami Beach real estate consultant with Coldwell Banker Realty in Coral Gables, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.

With over two decades of law enforcement experience in the City of Miami Beach, Elio knows the city block by block and has built lasting relationships with its residents and business owners. He specializes in all the Miami Beach islands and North Bay Road, waterfront and dry lots alike, and prices homes beyond a standard CMA using each home's traits and finishes, ocean access, price per square foot, and real-time supply and demand.

A Certified Probate Specialist, Elio helps families manage the real estate side of losing a loved one, working alongside their probate attorney. He also works with tax professionals who advise foreign buyers on FIRPTA, and as an investor and rental operator in the Florida Keys, he applies the same concept.
