Though he was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Francisco Bird knew from a young age that Miami would be his home. While spending summers in Miami and the Florida Keys, Francisco developed a passion for South Florida. He discovered that from a real estate investment standpoint, Miami offers both residents and investors a variety of lifestyle benefits, such as endless opportunities for outdoor activities and year-round paradise weather. Additionally, the city has now become the Wall Street of the South, and growing exponentially as a financial and import/export hub for Latin America, creating a prime opportunity for business and pleasure to come together.

Prior to entering real estate in 2012, Francisco worked in sales and marketing for Coca-Cola in South Florida. His experience with Coca-Cola gave him a professional background in marketing and advertising and a solid understanding of the South Florida business landscape. As a Realtor, Francisco has been a consistent top- producing agent. His background in marketing has given him an edge in the promotion of listings for his clients, as his creative approach to his profession allows him to offer his clients fresh ideas on the best way to achieve their goals, both with buying and selling real estate.

Francisco moved to the United States when he was 18 years old and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Georgia State University in Atlanta. With a family background in construction and development, he has a long history in understanding the intricacies of real estate. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, tennis, and different watersports. Francisco currently lives in the Miami area, and he is fluent in both English and Spanish.
