Josefina Concheso Otero

Born in Miami to Cuban parents and raised in Venezuela, Josefina brings a unique perspective to customer service and the real estate business. With a background in the legal, educational, and real estate fields, she has acquired an uncommon and outstanding set of skills that clients truly appreciate when navigating their investments or home buying and selling needs.

With a passion for service in any environment, Josefina made homeowners' dreams come true for ten years in Venezuela. Because she does not believe in "impossibles," she always finds the right way to lead clients to a successful closing — and makes it a pleasant experience too, with her outgoing and happy personality.

Since 2021, Josefina has brought that same dedication to The Jills Zeder Group, the #1 luxury real estate team, where she has built deep expertise across the full spectrum of team operations — from scheduling coordination and listing presentations to inspection reporting and client-facing support. For the past two years, she has focused exclusively on listing coordination, personally managing listings from beginning to end: overseeing photo shoots with white-glove attention to her clients, gathering property information, crafting compelling property descriptions and Special Features documents for the MLS and marketing, preparing showing booklets and disclosures, and launching each property live on the market with precision and care.

Josefina holds a Law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela, studied English at Trinity College in London and French at the Cavilam Institute of Université de Clermont in Vichy, France, and is a certified Zumba instructor. After a successful legal practice and years of teaching experience, she transitioned into real estate as an agent for Century 21 Venezuela. Since moving to Miami, she has worked at Marili Cancio Johnson, PA, before joining The Jills Zeder Group. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Tamanaco Consulting Group, LLC. When Josefina isn't working for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her children and family, going to the gym, dancing in class, and heading to the beach.
