Jim Gilman
He is not only Sonia's husband, but also a licensed Realtor. He acts as the Marketing Director handling the marketing of the properties locally, nationally and internationally. Our growing network of Realtors throughout America and the world help us to continue increasing the number of homes we sell each year.
Jim also specializes as a Buyer's Agent, counseling, assisting and interpreting information for purchsers who want that specialized service. Many first time Buyers come to the Gilman Team for this particular service.

Doris Rojas
As well as being a licensed Realtor she is the assistant and administrative head of the Team. She handles all of the administrative and follow-up work on all files and pending transactions. She communicates and coordinates the entire process to insure a successful transaction. It is her assistance that makes the whole process run smoothly from the listing to the contract through the closing.
