Trey has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry since 1994.  A native of Florida’s Panhandle, Trey practiced real estate law from 1994 to 2023, as an owner of Hall & Runnels, P.A..  Specializing in real estate transactions, Trey closed thousands of deals, gaining deep insight into the complexities of real estate law.  His legal background, combined with strong communication and negotiation skills, gives Trey a unique edge in guiding both buyers and sellers.  He is known for his approach to identifying and resolving potential issues to protect his clients’ interests.

Trey is driven by a true passion for service.  His mission is to deliver an exceptional real estate experience – whether clients are buying or selling – by instilling confidence and trust, so that they have the confidence and comfort required to refer him to their friends and family members who are looking to make a move.

Born and raised in Destin, Florida, Trey possesses an intimate knowledge and understanding of the Emerald Coast real estate market.  His legal experience includes representing developers in the creation of condominiums and master-planned communities.  He understands the nuances of governance, development, and the pitfalls to avoid – insight that now benefits his clients as a realtor.

Trey is with Coldwell Banker in Destin, Florida and works closely with Paige Brown.  Trey understands that buying or selling a home, condominium, or townhome is a significant life decision and works tirelessly to make the process seamless for his clients.
