Hola a todos! or hello everyone!
I am a real estate agent in the Florida panhandle and joined Coldwell Banker in January 2023; this firm was undoubtedly my first choice. Being a real estate agent has been my dream for a few years and the team of Coldwell Banker has made the realization of this dream possible.
I have lived in the Florida Panhandle since the year 2000, basically half of my life. I know this area very well, particularly Santa Rosa Beach, Inlet Beach and Miramar Beach, so I am convinced that I can provide a good understanding of what the area has to offer. I believe in promoting the panhandle, the right way, for everyone's benefit.
I was born in Colombia so my favorite skill is being bilingual; I speak and write English and Spanish fluently which I use to increase awareness of Florida cultural diversity. I also have acquired an extensive background in hospitality, therefore, I am passionate about understanding and matching the needs of others as well as offering the best possible experience for everyone.
Needless to say, I love living by the beautiful, white, squeaky, sugar-like sand beaches.
I enjoy the outdoors, and absolutely love living by the beach.
