Paul Renfroe

A Tennessee native, Paul Renfroe has lived in the Destin FL area since 2011. People have long recognized his aptitude for real estate; he was first recruited as a real estate agent in 1983. 

After retiring in 2022 from three decades as a widely respected insurance agent and financial planner, Paul finally became a licensed Real Estate sales agent. He seeks to continue his profitability with investment property and to maximize his experience for other people.

In the intervening period, Paul personally acquired, rehabbed, and flipped over 100 properties. The majority were distressed properties, converted into revenue-producing properties for investor owners in his private network. He was also half-owner and managing partner of a property management company with 450 units, running the gamut from single to multi-family. He also became a licensed general contractor to build single-family residence properties ground-up specifically designed for rental, with very successful results.

In addition to his personal activity, Paul was a longtime licensed mortgage originator in both Tennessee and Florida. His clientele financed both primary residences as well as investment property loans; he also brokered commercial financing for multi-family property acquisitions.
