Established in 2021 Team PFIRE is on PFIRE!

The first quarter of 2021 brought many accolades to Team PFIRE. They were featured on Coldwell Banker's Top 25 list of Small Teams in the tri-county area and in April alone, Team PFIRE closed more than $6,000,000! The team was consistently on the Top 25 list. Sherri was inducted into Broward Top Producers 500 Club and featured in their magazine about giving back to the community. Sherri was also a featured speaker on Dealing with Sellers, which had more than 200 attendees during the online session. The team closed more than $32,000,000 in 2021 earning the prestigious Diamond Award.

I'm a third generation realtor with a passion for creativity and flair for food. Love the art of buying and selling homes and creating happily ever after for my clients.

Born in Pittsburgh, college in D.C., lived in New York, I finally made my way to Florida in 1995 and called Weston my home. Once my two boys graduated college, it was time for me to move to the east side and experience downtown Fort Lauderdale. Now I call Parkland my home. Many of my clients are becoming empty nesters as well and relocating to the east side of town. I'm fortunate to have sold millions of dollars in the area so that I can help them find their next perfect home or condo. I take pride in combining experience, enthusiasm and attention to detail for every client through personalized service.

This Just In.... Earned the International Presidential Circle Award for 2020 and formed a team with my daughter-in-law in 2021 and was on the Top 25 list for the tri-county area month after month and awarded the Diamond International Society Award. About Megan Pfefer

A true millennial, born and raised in South Florida, I have seen the changes taking place in my own backyard. Real estate and design have always been two areas of business that attracted me most. I was fortunate to get my start working at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale, assisting the sales director and sales team marketing the project from the ground up. I joined PFIREhouses, powered by Coldwell Banker in 2019 as Director of Operations and quickly became immersed in all aspects of the real estate transaction.

I'm proud to say that I have also experienced home ownership so I truly understand the needs of first time home buyers. I can provide guidance during this exciting process and share my first-hand knowledge.

When the workday is over, I enjoy spending time with my husband and pooch JoJo. For stress relief I take a spin class on our Pelaton in the comfort of my home. I believe in giving back to the community and actively participate in charitable events and volunteer my time too. I am an office representative for CB Cares so that I can continue giving back within the workplace.

I am a member of the Miami Association of Realtors and enjoy taking continuing education classes there as well as those provided within Coldwell Banker.
