Vernie Foster has her Illinois License serving Northern Illinois, and her Indiana license serving Northwest Indiana by request of her client base. Vernie is out of Bradley, Illinois, Schererville, Indiana and Fort Myers, Florida.. Her expertise in training agents, first-time homeowners and New Construction is an asset to the team. Bill is a Negotiating Guru, and works wonders with the numbers and the facts. 

Bill and Vernie have expanded theer business to better serve the growing number of client requests and help clients looking for a place to call home on the Florida Gulf Coast serving from Bradenton to Naples and everywhere in between. We are able to take carew of our clients in other areas as well. Perfect for your transition to relocation or a second home.

In Indiana, Vernie services Northwest Indiana, including areas going as far north as Portage to Valparaiso, from Winfield to Lowell, Dyer and St John. Munster and Highland, and everywhere in between, based centrally out of Coldwell Banker Schererville office.

In Florida, Bill and Vernie service Southwest Florida, Including Bradenton, Sarasota, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples and everywhere in between, Based out of the Fort Myers Office. Bill and Vernie can help you with the areas of Ocala, Orlando and Lakeland as well.

Community Involvement

Bill and Vernie Foster are members of St George Catholic Church in Bourbonnais, IL , and had a special dedication to the FOCCUS Ministry working with engaged couples. Vernie and Bill, married for 49 years, shared with them a vision into the future of the practical side of marriage, and were involved in this ministry for over 20 years. Bill and Vernie are always ready to lend a helping hand to the neighbors in their community.

Vernie Foster was the Founder of a Christian Women's Group serving the needs of the Surrounding Kankakee, Will and Southern Cook County Areas.

Vernie Foster was on the Board of Directors for the KIFAR Association, serving as Treasurer for 2016-2019. She is still on the Program and Entertainment Committee and  the Education Committee for the Association.  

Bill and Vernie are members of the Kankakee Country Club and enjoy spending time with fellow members.
