Richard is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in international real estate, banking, and finance. Throughout his real estate career, he has specialized in finding off market transactions, working on investment sales of office buildings, industrial warehouses, and multi family properties. Richard is known in the industry for his discreet way of doing business and his ability to close deals, efficiently.

Richard is focusing on the sales of luxury properties as well as brokering commercial properties. He brings extensive experience and knowledge to the table, helping his clients, make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.

Prior to his real estate career, Richard worked on Wall Street for 20 years. He worked first as a stockbroker for Prudential Bache Securities, Lehman Brothers and Alex Brown, which later become Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. In the late 90s, he became a trader, first, with his own capital, and then later raised money from high net worth investors.

Outside of business, Richard became a certified yoga instructor with Miami, Yoga Shala in 2004 and has had a daily practice since then. He is also an avid reader, skier, tennis player, and fan, and goes to the US Open every year.
