Ann Corniel epitomizes integrity, hard work, commitment and passion in every real estate transaction. Ann grew up in New York and realized her passion for real estate at a very young age. Her favorite thing to do was to have her father drive her around local communities so she can admire all the different style homes in each neighborhood. When returning from her trip with her father, she would spend countless hours sketching the homes she saw that day, not missing one detail. It is not surprising that she translated her passion for “HOMES” into a successful Real Estate career. In 2009, Ann moved with her husband and two girls to Central Florida. Before getting back into Real Estate, she spent several years researching, learning and touring the Communities in Central Florida so that she can become a local expert. Ann considers herself just that – “Your Central Florida Real Estate Expert”, serving Seminole, Orange and Volusia Counties.

Ann has worked every aspect of the Real Estate Industry; from representing Sellers, Buyers, Investors, First Time Home Buyers and people relocating to the area.

Ann understands the importance of continuing education to be the best Realtor she can be. She has been trained by Chris Leaders, one of the top real estate trainers in the world. She continues to take advantage of new training and courses as they become available by her local Board of Realtors and Coldwell Banker. She attends conventions and conferences to stay up to date with the revolving Real Estate Industry. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Relations/Applied Psychology from Pace University in New York.

Ann has a commitment with herself to give back to the community. She is a member of Coldwell Banker Cares, where she donates a portion of her commission to charitable organizations that benefit her local community. She also supports local school functions and community events throughout the year.

During her free time, Ann enjoys spending a day at one of Florida’s pristine beaches, sitting by a pool at a local Resort with a good book on Real Estate, or traveling with her family, but never without being connected to technology so that she can be available to assist her customers when needed.
