Ben was born and raised in France, where she studied Business in Paris. In finding his career path, Ben had a variety of experiences, from working under the direction of the Marketing VP at Harry Winston to working in a variety of sales and management positions in France and the United States. During that time, Ben Nathan met people who taught him the importance of pursuing excellence – no matter what your profession.

Somewhere along my journey, he came to learn about the Japanese concept of Kaizen. It is the Japanese word for improvement. In business, it is a philosophy used to improve a service or process through attention to detail and creative thinking. In his real estate practice, he uses Kaizen to express The Relentless Pursuit of Excellence. Every day, he asks himself "how can I do this better?"
