Noemi Cardoso

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I am fluent in Portuguese. I moved to the U.S in 1999 and worked as an investment advisor and Bank Manager for Bank of Boston/Fleet Bank ad Bank of America through the merges until in November 2005 I decided to leave banking life after almost 20 years. I became a licensed Real Estate Professional in November 2005 in Massachusetts and Rhode Island in 2005 and worked with RE/MAX International. From 2005 through 2012 I have been a top producing agent a few times. In 2012 I moved from Re/Max to William Raveis Real Estate in my home town of Westport-MA, where I continued to work with relocation clients, short sales, foreclosures, an teaching 1st time home buyer's classes with the Fall River Diocese to 1st time home buyers to qualify and obtain down payment assistance and grants offered by Bristol County. After serving hundreds of clients in MA and RI, in 2015 I moved to Orange County, California to be closer to my daughter after her College graduation. There I was invited to join the prestigious Seven Gables Real Estate in Tustin where I continued to help buyers and sellers to achieve their home buying goals. Through a simple google search one can see the raving reviews of some of her clients and understand why they loved her so much. In 2020, with the advent of Covid, I decided to take time off and fulfill a childhood dream of working in Uganda as a full time volunteer with those in need. I served closely with HARTOrg.com and Parakletis - Healing the Wounds of War Non-profits. While in Africa I shared the benefits of art in the trauma healing process to refugees from the wars in South Sudan and Congo. In June 2022 I returned to the US settling in Sarasota. In August 2022 I started working as a Sales Service Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty in Lakewood Ranch North, support real estate professionals with system trainings and managing the office needs. In my free time some of my favorite things to do are: paint (I am a self-taught watercolorist), get lost around town with my camera, hiking, and travelling the world. I have 6 siblings and 2 grown children who are my pride and joy.
