Susan Farhat

Susan Farhat has called this area home for 40 years. She fell for Siesta Key when it was still a local secret, long before it became everyone's dream destination. When she was raising her kids, she moved to Lakewood Ranch, back when it was mostly cow pastures. She has watched the area grow and change firsthand, giving her a perspective that goes well beyond what can be found in a market report.

Her family has spent years in the vacation rental business, giving Susan a real understanding of what makes a property work as a rental, an investment, and ultimately, someone's home. She understands the realities of owning and maintaining a rental and the things that don't always show up in the numbers. When a buyer is considering an investment property, she can look beyond the listing and help them understand what ownership will actually look like.

Susan works with buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota, the barrier islands, and Bradenton, helping clients find vacation properties, investments, waterfront condos, and homes to settle into for years to come.

Before entering real estate, Susan spent years as Education Director at Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, where she worked closely with people, managed details, and helped others reach their goals.

She shares life in Lakewood Ranch with her husband, Matt, their three grown kids, two daughters-in-law, and a growing crew of grandkids who bring her nothing but joy.
