Hailing from Long Island, New York, Oceanside to be specific, Candi has spent the last 30 years in the real estate industry. Beginning her career in the 1980's as a title closer in New York, she enjoyed her last four years there in the luxury home sale side of New York real estate and also enjoyed being the Director for her chapter of the Long Island Board of Realtors before moving with her husband to Sarasota.

Real estate is a part of Candi and her family as she brings her experience to Southwest Florida. Having raised two sons, both of whom found themselves in commercial real estate, Brett found his way also to Southwest, Florida to practice his trade, and Cory is working off his mom's legacy in New York City. In her second year in Florida, Candi ranked in the top 20% of Sarasota Realtors and more recently number 19 in all of Coldwell Banker Realtors in SW Florida.

Prior to her real estate career, Candi was an independent title closer in New York City and started growing her real estate knowledge from this vantage point. Having conducted over 10,000 closings, I would say that her background is another asset to her value as a Realtor.

Candi enjoys biking, playing racquetball, antiquing, and playing with her English bulldog and is a member of the Longboat Key Rotary Club and on the board of University Park Country Club Women's Club.

Besides being a fun and outgoing person, Candi brings very definitive skills to her clients with her knowledge of real estate, the closing process, and design. Her clients find working with her to be a highly organized and informative experience combined with the insights of staging for maximum sales prices and design for optimum use and flow of space. That, combined with her knowledge of title, makes her a great agent to work with.
