Jill Hertzberg, a Miami native, founded The Jills® with her business partner Jill Eber over 30 years ago. Passionate about her work and highly dedicated to her clients, she has a proven track record of providing extraordinary service and outstanding results.  She is well-known in the South Florida luxury real estate scene, maintaining long-term client relationships and representing a diverse clientele of respected community members and celebrities.

An acclaimed expert in selling luxury real estate in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, Jill has garnered the reputation as one of the leading residential Realtors in the U.S. She consistently achieves record-breaking sales for her clients. Currently she holds the record for the highest sale ever in the history of Miami.

Jill was honored and humbled to be voted “Best Realtor” in the Miami Herald by her peers, per the Bendixen & Amandi Real Estate Poll in 2015 and 2016.

In 2015, she was honored as an Influential Business Woman by the South Florida Business Journal. The awards recognize the top 25 most influential business women in South Florida who have made unique contributions to the community and business world.

In 2019, The Jills Zeder Group, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty, was formed. The Group is comprised of three families, all of which are major players in the luxury residential real estate business. These families include sisters Jill Eber and Felise Eber; Jill Hertzberg and her children Danny Hertzberg and Hillary Hertzberg; and Judy Zeder and her children Nathan Zeder and Kara Zeder Rosen. In 2021, the Jills Zeder Group took sales to a new level by breaking its own records with an incredible $2 Billion in sales.
