Hello, My Name is Juan Luis Tantau but everyone just calls me Luis, Capricorn. Originally from Santiago de Cuba. I moved to Miami when I was just 2 years old and have lived here ever since.

My career began as a Veterinarian Technician for 5 years where I assisted in surgeries, restraining animals, dispensing medications, Bloodwork etc. I developed interest in real estate after graduating from University of Miami in Computer Sciences and got my first Tech job which was in correlation with Real Estate and is where I witnessed the rapid growth and strong market in Miami.

During my spare time, you can normally find me at the beach or cruising around the city looking for something I’ve never done before.

I have a passion for Architecture, Skyline’s, and Major Cities. I can name MOST city skylines by just one picture, and can name ANY High Rise Condominium in Miami. I know this city like the back of my own hands and it would be my pleasure to help you find your dream home in the magic city!
