Kathleen Ullo

Kathleen’s knowledge of the Chicago real estate market stems from a 25-year career as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Chicago Developer and a National Real Estate Sales and Marketing Firm. In this position she was responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for new construction condo, co-op and townhome projects and condominium conversion developments in the Chicago metropolitan area. She has extensive knowledge of the city market having led the sales teams of many of the buildings that make up our beautiful city’s skyline. 

Kathleen’s approach to each property is as unique as the individual properties. Her responsibilities for negotiation, product positioning/branding, pricing of each individual residence, creating and implementing strategic marketing plans, give her the knowledge needed to navigate the complexities of the Chicago real estate market.

Because of this market experience she brings extensive knowledge to her sellers in regard to pricing their home, preparing and implementing strategic plans and negotiations that lead to closed sales.
