Always working tirelessly, providing my candid professional advice obtained by having more than twenty years of experience in Hospitality, Marketing and Customer Service, and thirteen years' experience in Architectural Drafting and Design, and Commercial Architecture. I applied my professional services working with an Investor for more than 7 years creating Real Estate transactions, accomplishing negotiations that led to successful results. I own a marketing business, an online store and used to manage a roofing/construction business.

I attribute my strong passion for Real Estate to the knowledge I obtained while studying architecture, gaining the understanding of structures and designs, and applying it to help my clients when making choices and decisions buying, selling, or investing in Real Estate.

Deeply knowledgeable in the Real Estate Market due to my extensive research in all areas understanding in depth the market value of properties. I am a member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, a Certified Military Relocation Professional Specialist and Certified Property Manager.

As a REALTOR, my number one priority is to provide excellent service, distinctive skills, outstanding devotion and create relationships that will last forever. It is especially important for me to let clients know that I can provide detailed, and accurate answers for any questions they may have, and make sure that they are well informed, and have a pleasant experience buying, selling, or investing.
