Nick Brown

Originally from Pennsylvania, I began my journey by joining the U.S. Navy after high school. Following my service, I transitioned into a career in real estate—a path that has now spanned over 20 years. I am a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Virginia, and Maryland, with a strong focus on leadership, growth, and agent development.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving on several key industry committees, including the Professional Development, MLS, Grievance, and Professional Standards Committees for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, as well as the Professional Development Committee for Virginia Realtors. My dedication to supporting and elevating real estate professionals has earned me the honor of being named Manager of the Year three times with two different companies across two states.

I’m passionate about fostering a culture of education, motivation, and coaching. My mission is to empower the agents in our company to discover and achieve their “WHY,” and to lead by example in driving office and regional growth.
