Personal Background

A real estate agent to the core, Jeremy joined Coldwell Banker Realty right out of high school. He knew before graduating high school that selling real estate was his passion and relocated to Florida from Chicago in 2017 to sell real estate. Jeremy started selling real estate as a solo agent in northern Palm Beach County early in his career. Shortly after he formed his own team at 19, selling in northern Palm Beach County. Eventually, Jeremy's business moved south and Jeremy stepped down from his team. Today as a West Palm Beach local, Jeremy is a partner of the Tom Davis Group and sells alongside the top producing team manager, Tom Davis.

Jeremy specializes in historical, waterfront, and condominium properties in West Palm Beach and North Lake Worth and has an intimate understanding of the local neighborhoods and their intricacies; neighborhoods such as Flamingo Park, Grandview Heights, The Southend, El Cid, College Park, Old Northwood, and many more.

Jeremy also handles commercial real estate sales and leases in West Palm Beach and the surrounding areas as an accredited RCC agent with a specialty in value add/turnkey multifamily sales, assisted living facilities/group home sales, retail space leasing/sales, land sales, and warehouse leasing/sales.
