Blake Smereczynsky is a Florida REALTOR® with more than 25 years of real estate experience, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and relocation clients throughout Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida. Based in Palm Harbor with Coldwell Banker Realty, Blake specializes in residential, luxury, waterfront, relocation, new construction, investment, and Gulf Coast properties.

Blake began his career in 2001 selling waterfront real estate in Florida and quickly earned recognition for his sales performance. His early experience included working with developers on new construction, homesite packages, and residential communities, while developing a strong foundation in contract negotiation and client representation.

Over the years, Blake expanded his expertise into property renovation, investment properties, marketing, and strategic preparation for sellers. His hands-on construction and renovation experience provides buyers with an additional perspective when evaluating homes and potential improvements.

Blake has earned Coldwell Banker recognition including International Diamond Society and International President’s Circle honors. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.

Today, Blake serves clients throughout Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Pinellas County, Pasco County, and West Hillsborough, as well as Southwest Florida communities including Charlotte County, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Placida, Boca Grande, and surrounding Gulf Coast markets.
