Daniel Cruz

Daniel Cruz is a real estate sales associate and proud resident of the Trinity / Odessa area since 2016. Backed by the power of Coldwell Banker, one of the largest and most established real estate companies globally, he is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service possible.

Born and raised in Miami, he is the first family member of Cuban immigrant parents to be born in the United States. He has been a Florida resident his whole life and is now settled just north of the Tampa Bay area with his wife, son and daughter. His wonderful family continuously provides the moral compass and inspiration to do good for others.

Previously, the confusion and stress of buying and selling homes in Miami, St. Petersburg, Largo, and now Trinity, has inspired him to become a real estate agent to ensure that his clients have an easier and well-informed experience every step of the way during one of the largest financial and emotional decisions anyone can make in their lifetime.

Daniel brings with him over 25 years of Graphic Design / Marketing experience, as well as exceptional remodeling, DIY and carpentry skills acquired from his father at an early age. These combined skill sets are now integral to his role as an real estate agent.
