Ellen Reese

A native Floridian from South Miami, Ellen re-located to St. Petersburg after graduating from Florida State University. Ellen has happily made Pinellas county her home for the past 41 years. Residing in Palm Harbor since 2001, she enjoys sharing all the wonders of the Tampa Bay lifestyle with her clients, both buyers and sellers.

Ellen began her real estate career as a residential property appraiser, giving her the knowledge necessary to value residential property. She also became familiar with the nuances of the local market and is familiar with the different municipalities that comprise Pinellas county.  Additionally, Ellen has had the opportunity to represent some of the leading luxury developers in the area working in on-site sales. She has represented 15 projects and has gained an appreciation and knowledge of the construction process relative to new home construction.

 Ellen brings a wealth of experience with all types of properties: waterfront, golf course, condo, townhouse and single family homes. With her varied experience and multiple sales designations she can provide her clients with competence with her market knowledge and negotiation skills to get the sale and close the deal!

When she’s not with clients or working on a transaction, Ellen volunteers with the My Fairy Godfather’s Foundation, helping women in need. She also enjoys cooking, entertaining, reading, shopping and yoga. A recent empty-nester after her youngest son graduated from her alma mater, she resides in Palm Harbor with her husband, two cats and new puppy, Molly.
