When I moved to Florida in 2004, I rebuilt my real estate business from the ground up with no network and no referrals. I focused on integrity, clarity, and consistent follow-through, and today my business thrives almost entirely through repeat clients and referrals who value professionalism, strategy, and calm guidance.

When listing a home, I study active competition, inventory levels, showing activity, and neighborhood demand to position the property intelligently.
