Patty Dykstra

Patty Dykstra has called Clearwater home for more than 35 years and currently assists others to identify their ideal home within that same region. As a Realtor affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty, Dykstra specializes in downsizers, upsizers, and relos within the luxury space.

A native of St. Paul, MN., she moved to Florida in 1984 and has since resided in the Sunshine State, except for a year in Denver, CO.

Her real estate career began while working in property management prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2015.

She and her husband, Mike, continue to make Pinellas County’s Countryside area their home where they enjoy boating, Pickleball, fishing, fine dining, and fitness. They enjoy international travel and visiting their three grown children, a granddaughter and a granddog named Willow.
