The Shoreline Lifestyle Homes Team is a family run business. We work together to get your home sold and to also help buyers find that right home to meet their wants and needs.

Rachel Downey has been a full-time Realtor since 2017. She is a Listing and Buyer Agent and also works as a Transaction Coordinator for the team. She has a degree in marketing and does most of the marketing for the Team. She knows how to get your home sold! Rachel has a 6-year-old daughter and she also has a rescue dog she picked up and brought home from Puerto Rico several years ago. Rachel enjoys her time with family, traveling, fitness, and yoga.

Gregory and Connie have been full-time Realtors since 2012.

This Team works with Buyers and Sellers and are dedicated to giving their clients that 5-star experience. They listen to their clients for their wants and needs. They use their resources, knowledge, and skills to achieve the best outcome for their clients.

Rachel is from Safety Harbor and the Palm Harbor area. Gregory was born and raised in Tarpon Springs. Connie was born in California and moved with her family to Ozona, Florida when she was 12 years old. We all feel very blessed to call Florida our home.

Rachel’s background is in the Service Industry as a Server, Bar-tender, Fitness and Yoga Instructor, and Realtor. Gregory’s past experience is in Architecture and Design and also as a Project Manager. Gregory knows Florida and he knows houses. He has owned and managed several investment and rental properties as well. Gregory loves the beach, he loves to go fishing, and he is a very talented artist. Connie’s background is in Computer Technical Support and Customer Service. Connie enjoys reading, going to the beach, and fitness.

Rachel has obtained the RSPS Designations for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties. Rachel also has the HFR Designation that gives her knowledge of the loan origination process and allows her to confidently answer questions about mortgage options.

Gregory and Connie both have obtained the GRI Designation. Recognized nationwide as the gold standard for real estate educational achievement.

Connie obtained the Real Estate Negotiating Expert (RENE) certification. It is the only negotiation certification recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
