More about Sue Hirsch

“I stepped through the front door – to a breathtaking, open look of the living room; and beyond, triple glass pocket doors, open to the garden lanai. Instantly, I knew this was to be our new home!”

THAT is the wonderful feeling I had when we discovered our Florida home. And it’s the amazing feeling I work to achieve for every one of my buyers.

You need a Realtor® who truly listens to you. One who knows the questions to ask that may reveal features in a home that you might not even realize you want – or need. A Realtor® who will put all that information to work and scour the market for your perfect fit. That is the detail and commitment I will bring to our business relationship.

Putting your home, or that of a parent, on the market is usually brought about by a decision or necessity involving major lifestyle changes. My job is to make that transition as stress-free as possible.

Professionally, I have been involved in real estate, sales, marketing and office management. For a total of over 30 years, I have been fortunate to call Pinellas County my home. From the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico to the sports and theater life of the Tampa Bay area –from the Sunshine Skyway to Pasco County, I have a broad knowledge of this area and all it has to offer all ages and family lifestyles. I’ve chosen to be affiliated as a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker because I truly believe they have the best tools in the real estate industry - both to market homes for the highest benefit to the sellers and to find the very best fit for our home buyers.

A little about me: I grew up in a “Mayberry” style town in west central Wisconsin and considered myself a “city girl” because I lived in-town rather than in the country. Later I really did become a “city girl” when I moved East to the Washington, D.C. area and worked in various government positions at the FBI, Interstate Commerce Commission and on a White House Cabinet Committee. Eventually life took me on thru Wisconsin, Florida, Illinois and finally landing back in Pinellas County in 2008. My husband, Tom, and I are blessed to have three sons and their families all within an hour’s drive of our home. Other than enjoying real estate and grandchildren, I love my journey researching the genealogy of our family.

Please allow me the opportunity to travel this road with you as your trusty guide.
