Hi...I am Jen and I'm the new best friend you haven't met yet! I am originally from Michigan but have lived in Pinellas County for over 30 years and not only know the real estate market well, but everything else that goes into making living in any particular area here a wonderful experience including local culture, neighborhood dynamics and economic trends.

I am also really fun and that spills over into everything that I do. Whether negotiating my umpteenth deal, finding the proverbial needle in a haystack property, or just having a great time exploring the area and discussing options, I can't seem to be able to do any of it without everyone having a lot of laughs.

I belong to the Pasadena Yacht and Country Club and enjoy the many benefits that county club life provides including socializing with friends and family, dressing up for costume parties (and winning!), and being tortured by rounds of golf. I enjoy our area beaches and love to fish and boat. I am also a bit of a trivia savant, especially when it comes to music and haven't been kicked off of a trivia team yet. I also enjoy travelling and have been fortunate enough to visit cool places like India, Kenya and the Galapagos Islands. My favorite city to visit is London. I own a small villa on the Turks and Caicos Islands and home in the mountains of North Carolina.

I worked for large national retailer as a senior vice president before beginning to invest in real estate and manage rental properties. Those experiences have taught me how to market and sell a range of merchandise and properties, the importance of addressing clients' needs, professionalism, and keen problem solving skills. If I don't know the answer to something, I will investigate and get you the right one the first time.
