Russ and his wife, Tamara, moved to St Petersburg in 2021, from the Outer Banks of North Carolina, after having visited this area for many years. They have three sons and five grandchildren. Russ is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in secondary education and has been a teacher and a licensed contractor doing both new construction and remodeling throughout his career. He was also a real estate agent in Virginia before moving to North Carolina, and has the property knowledge combined with builder know-how to help with all of your real estate needs.
