Hi, my name is Eleni Martin. I am a Sarasota native, of Greek and Scottish heritage. In 2018 I graduated from State College of Florida and pursued real estate shortly after. Expertise of the city, paired with having an eye for growth potential in any market contributed my kickstart in a career investing, renovating, renting, and helping others do the same.

My father moved to Sarasota in 1976 at the young age of nineteen to explore the waterfront beach town lifestyle. Investing in real estate gave him freedom and passive income to spend his days on the boat fishing, spend more time with his children, and to pursue his dreams of being a musician. In 1992 my mother moved to Sarasota in hopes of seeking the best medical attention for her father at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Our family had multiple businesses, which instilled an entrepreneurial spirit within me.

Growing up in Golden Gate Point, I grew up with a true Floridian lifestyle. Great memories fishing on the boat, riding the bike to the beach, walking the Ringling Bridge, Bayfront Park, traditions that I still keep alive today and believes everyone should have the opportunity to experience.

When I'm not showing houses, I'm most likely at the gym, beach, boating, playing music, traveling, writing, reading stoic philosophy, cooking, or hanging out with my family and senior calico “Ivy”.
