After years of visiting Longboat Key and Siesta Key, Kristin fell in love with the gulf coast lifestyle and decided to make it her home. Kristin, her husband and 3 children moved from Pennsylvania, realizing their dream of becoming full-time Sarasota residents. With that move, Kristin learned first hand how to navigate the challenges of the current housing market, particularly around relocating from out of state, and she will put that experience to work for you.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Loyola University in Maryland, and has a career background in luxury sales and marketing, including corporate sales for Tiffany & Co.  Her success was built upon developing relationships that extend beyond a sale, through listening, caring and attention to detail. Helping you through the process of buying or selling your home, with ease and confidence, is Kristin's ultimate goal.

In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending time at home, cooking and entertaining her family and friends. She also loves interior design, relaxing at the beach, and trying any restaurant with a water view.
