Lakmal has been passionate about real estate ever since he moved from Sri Lanka to USA. As a CPA coupled with his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating his clients and then eventually helping them in buying and selling at the right price and time to maximize the investment. Lakmal has extensive experience as a small business owner, tax preparer and project management professional. His diverse skills help his clients to make informed decisions in various real estate transactions. After living many years in Ohio, Lakmal is currently residing in Sarasota, Florida with his family.
