Meet Sal,

Originally from New Jersey, Sal moved to Sarasota with his family when he was 13 where he helped grow his family business in the food and beverage industry, still operating today. Eventually branching out, becoming a Mortgage broker and investing in several other businesses and properties, his early interest in real estate investment has persisted ever since. Sal’s extremely honest, logical and hands on approach has been an invaluable asset to the relationships he has developed over the years. He recently began his career in real estate with his wife, Lauren, hoping to expand his portfolio of investment properties, and to use his insurmountable knowledge of the local community to help his faithful friends and trusted followers list and purchase their dream homes. On Sal’s off time, he enjoys brainstorming new and innovative ideas and putting them to work with his handiness and ingenuity as well as spending time and being silly with his three young daughters.

Meet Lauren,

Raised in Southern California, England, Colorado and eventually Florida, Lauren’s early experiences were vast, and helped cultivate her independent and can-do attitude from the start. Her long-time interest in real estate spiked when she was twelve, when she began admiring the many beautiful properties in Florida, and the value of a dollar by seeking odd jobs from neighbors, mowing lawns and washing cars. When she was finished with school, she quickly rose through the ranks in the hospitality business by becoming a manager at several restaurants in Florida and the Caribbean. Building on her knowledge of hard work and helping people, Lauren is now bringing her passion to the world of real estate and partnering with her husband Sal as they combine forces to build for their family of three young daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her girls, running and exercise, helping people with creative and healthy eating, as well as masterminding with her husband on future property investments.
