Originally from Ohio, Tonja traded in cold long winters for sunshine all year round. After years of traveling in ministry, Tonja adopted the philosophy that your home should be your favorite retreat. She enjoys working diligently to help her customers find a home that fits that description. She specializes in relocations from other states as well as within the county. She has a vast knowledge of 55+ Communities in all categories for those of the retirement age.

Her strong negotiation and organizational skills along with her positive energy and professional attitude allow clients to feel relaxed and excited about their buying or selling process. Tonja has built her clientele holding fast to integrity and reliability that promotes repeat business and customer loyalty.

During her leisure time, she enjoys outdoor activities like golfing, the beach, and finding the best restaurants. Tonja and her husband have served the community for many years through their 501(c) ministry, Freedom Christianity. One of the most meaningful times being in disaster relief.
