Candace Lane Cheatwood

Lauded for her trustworthiness and steadfast work ethic, Candace Cheatwood maintains relationships with her clients long after a transaction has been completed. With a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Candace is a knowledgeable, accessible guide for clients looking to buy, sell, or lease. Holding a dual license, her regions of expertise include both the East and West Coast, serving various areas throughout Central Florida and Southern California.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Candace served as a real estate office manager, property manager, broker’s assistant and buyer’s agent for top-producing real estate professionals in both Florida and Southern California.

“I have always had a passion for beautiful homes and an eye for great real estate,” says Candace. “Clients often remark on my keen attention to detail and quality, and I love putting my skills to work for them. One of my goals is to make sure the experience whether it is buying or selling is smooth and stress-free for my client.”

A highly skilled communicator, Candace is armed with a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in Communications as well as a minor in editing, writing and media.

Candace proudly supports the American Cancer Society and the Ronald McDonald House, a cause near and dear to her heart. Along with Trina’s Kids, which supports low-income families in need.
