Originally from the New York area, I have lived and owned property in Florida, from gated communities to condos and single family homes. I have also owned homes as far away as Manhattan, NY, to Belvedere, CA, and several areas in between. I have resided part-time in Florida for 18 years, full-time for the last 10 years. I live, work, and play in this beautiful slice of heaven known as Southwest Florida. I was a small business owner for several years running an art studio and my daughters attended local schools and universities. In my spare time you can find me walking on the beach, hiking, horseback riding, playing tennis or enjoying the many local restaurants and attractions.
