USPS comes to the mailroom in the clubhouse. Other delivery providers such as UPS, FedEx, and Amazon deliver directly to your lot. Additional services such as Kroger and Schwan's also deliver directly to your lot. Beyond POA dues, electricity, and internet, the only other occurring fees involved with the property are property taxes. Tax rates vary depending on the size of the lot and the addition of a Grande Suite.
